Who we are?

Settling into a new life at university can be difficult for some students.
StudentSupervision is now offering a new, academic counselling service to help those students adjust in their first terms at university.

Under UK law, universities cannot disclose any information about a student to anyone other than themselves. That includes friends, family, agents and even parents! As part of our service we require that students sign a release form giving the university permission to release information about a student’s performance to us. We will then forward your client’s results to you along with a detailed academic progress report.

In addition to our termly visits, students will also have a direct link with our supervision department by email and telephone. Our staff will be on hand to odder help, counselling and advice on a wide range of issues such as accommodation, welfare, health, tours and travel.

If you take advantage of this service, your client will be visited once a term by staff from our specially-trained supervision department. They will meet with university staff to discuss your client’s progress and assist with any welfare or academic issues, allowing your client to concentrate on his/her studies. A written report will then be forwarded to you.
